What is the Strata hop and what does it do?

We've decided to do a little "Hops in Focus" showcase, looking at the background of certain hops and what they bring to the party. But mostly from an accessible, beginner friendly perspective. First up, we've gone for the Strata hop, and we're using DEYA's Steady Rolling Man and Steady Rolling Strata to see what's different. There's also a bit of beer-ginner jargon busting in there around Hot and Cold side brewing. Hopefully you find it useful and it's something we can expand on going forward.
