Strataron NEIPA ft FermZilla and Hop Bong

It was third time lucky for this NEIPA with Nectaron and Strata. Two failures due to a cowboy dry hop technique and the dreaded oxidisation led to the purchase of a FermZilla Gen 3.2 Fermenter with Hop Bong.
