This One Stayed in the Family: 1970s Ethan Allen Desk Transformation #furnitureflip

This 1970s Ethan Allen corner desk belonged to my mother-in-law and when she downsized I knew I had to give it a second life. My hope is that my daughter takes it to her college apartment, it’s the perfect space saving corner desk and I love that it stays in the family. In this video I walk you through the full transformation from sanding the top back to raw wood working through every grit from 80 all the way to 220, wood filler on the base, HGTV by Sherwin-Williams Cream Delight on the base, Varathane Early American stain on the top and champagne bronze hardware that matched perfectly with the drawer liner. I also have a little confession in this one... I forgot to use my pre-stain conditioner before staining.
