Kolorowe jeziorka w Rudawach Janowickich | Zielony szlak z Wałbrzycha do Szklarskiej (fragment) #4

We left the nice agritourism farm in Gostków and the Wałbrzych Mountains and set off again on the green long-distance trail from Wałbrzych to Szklarska Poręba. That day we had to cover a section from Gostków to Rędziny. The route led us through Krąglak, where initially when leaving the village we lost the trail, then through the long village of Marciszów, where we did some shopping and ate breakfast. Seeing Rudawy Janowickie in front of us, we marched along the asphalt for a long time, until we reached the village of Wieściszowice. Finally, we entered the forest and were greeted by the Rudawski Landscape Park with its huge attraction of colorful lakes. The colorful lakes in Rudawy Janowickie were selected by National Geographic Traveler as one of the 7 new wonders of the world. So we spent some time admiring their unusual colors and then we continued along the green trail towards the peak of Wielka Kopa. Wielka Kopa in Rudawy Janowickie would be a great ending to the walk for people visiting the colorful lakes if there was an observation tower on it - and apparently there are such plans, but they have not yet been implemented. The descent from Wielka Kopa towards the village of Rędziny is quite steep, but at some point the idyllic landscapes of the surrounding meadows and hills begin to appear. We spent the night in the hospitable agritourism farm Pod Wielka Kopa in Rędziny. Another great day behind us...
