This workout focuses mainly on the shoulders and arms, with lots of pressing, raise variations, and tricep work to create a serious upper body burn in a short amount of time. For reference, I used 2 x 10.2kg (22.5lb) and 2 x 5kg (11lb) dumbbells, but as always, use whatever weights feel right for you.
