Welcome to STRONG IV Day 7: Upper Body Push, a 30-minute upper body push workout at home using dumbbells. This dumbbell upper body workout is designed to build strong shoulders, tone the arms, strengthen the chest and triceps, improve upper body strength, and challenge your core. This workout targets your shoulders, chest, triceps, arms, upper body, posture muscles, and core with exercises like seated shoulder press, Arnold press, around the world raises, lateral raises, front raises, eccentric chest press, chest fly, skullcrushers, tricep push-ups, deadstop diamond press, pullovers, plank dumbbell drags, dead bugs, plank shoulder taps, and crunch modifications. We’ll move through focused push-day circuits for the shoulders, chest, and triceps, with a staple shoulder raise set repeated throughout to challenge upper body endurance and definition. Then we’ll finish with a core-focused finisher to strengthen the abs, deep core, shoulders, and stability. For this workout, you’ll need dumbbells and a mat. A chair or bench is optional for the seated shoulder press. Choose weights that challenge you while still allowing you to keep good form. You can modify this workout by using lighter dumbbells, doing push-ups from your knees, or taking extra rest when needed.
