Sugared Puff Pastry Rolls INGREDIENTS: 500g Wheat Flour 6g Dry Yeast or (12g Fresh Yeast) 2 Eggs 1/4 Cup Oil 60g Sugar 240ml Milk (Warm) Approximately 200g Good Quality Butter (this is what we will use to spread on the dough) Sugar (C/N) for decoration NOTE: Preheat the oven 10 minutes beforehand to 180°C Bake the rolls for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown Brush the rolls with butter (preferably unsalted) when they come out of the oven and roll them in sugar.
