GUAVA BREADS INGREDIENTS: 500g Wheat Flour (Baker's) 240ml Milk (Warm) 7g Dry Yeast or (14g Fresh Yeast) 1 Egg 50g Sugar 60g Butter 1 Tablespoon Butter Essence 1/4 Teaspoon Salt Approximately 350g Guava Jam 1 Beaten Egg for brushing or painting the bread Sugar for sprinkling on top (before baking) NOTE: *Preheat oven to 180°C twenty minutes before baking the bread. Bake the bread for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush the bread with butter after removing it from the oven.
