We didn't bake anything, but five bakeries (Nagelkerke bakery Oudenbosch, Halsteren, Fijnaart, Prinsenbeek, and Chaam) came together to have various products evaluated by test bakers. This time, it was the test bakers from Puratos (a raw material manufacturer), including Karl de Smedt @sourdough_librarian, the world expert on sourdough bread. We learned a lot again, and especially that sourdough bread is simply very healthy and easily digestible. Eline was there for the first time and found everything very interesting, but also complicated. Junior is now walking Loewie, and Sofie is about to put him to bed. Floor and Madelief are enjoying watching TV, and Stan and Noud are at hockey practice. Guusje is doing homework. I'm going to blow some more because our conductor @pieter_vandermeiren sends a message every day telling us all to practice, so we do 😁.
