Baked Rice and Vegetable Balls INGREDIENTS: 2 cups cooked rice 1 cup grated and squeezed zucchini 1/2 cup sautéed onion 1 grated carrot 3 tablespoons oat flour 2 cloves of crushed garlic Smoked paprika to taste 2 tablespoons chopped parsley Salt to taste PREPARATION: 1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous dough. 2. Shape the balls to the desired size and place them on a baking sheet. 3.
