Pre heat you oven at 200*C and 190*C is you are using gas oven 180 gram rice flour 20 gram potato starch 5 gram dry yeast 4 gram psyllium husk ( you can omit this) 3 gram salt Wet ingredients 150 gram silk tofu 10 gram rice oil 10 gram honey 40 ml milk 40 ml water (if no milk, make 70 ml water) **** Toppings 70 gram corn 80 gram pizza cheese REMINDER****** about the liquid (milk and water) you can use only water if you dont have milk available. Make it 70 ml water NOW, when adding liquid add first 70 ml, then when the dough is dry, add 1 TBSP of liquid, then again, until you reach the consistency that shown in the video. Why you adding the liquid little by little? Because we have diffirent kind of rice flour and maybe some of you dont want to add psyllium husk, and this two ingredients has a big role when it comes to the consistency of the dough. Hassle right? yes, making healthy food is hassle and not that easy. but for the good benefits to our body, Lets enjoy making this. Happy BakiNg!!!
