Making a Japanese Chef's Knife (Gyuto)
In this video you'll see the process of making a Japanese chef's knife with a Gyuto shape blade. The handle is made out of cow horn and maple. The sheath is maple and ebony veneer and the blade is damascus steele. This is the first time I'm making a cooking knife and I wanted to try out making a wooden sheath. I'll definitely make more of them. If you have questions don't hesitate to comment Thanks for watching the video. If you want to support the channel leave a like, subscribe or even share :)
