Making A $500 Japanese Chef’s Knife
In this video, we explore what makes a Japanese Chef's Knife such a beautiful chef's blade! This is my take on this traditional build, and I thank you for being here with me on the journey! I chose a Kiritsuke for the style of knife I forged here! From hand-forging the blade to polishing the wood, I loved every bit of this project! Subscribe for more as I have several BIG projects coming up in the near future that we are currently filming! As always you can find this piece and others for sale on my facebook and instagram pages @ianz_forge! There you will also find more regular updates on my current projects :) Thank you again, God bless - Ian Z
