Is UK supermarket premium steak any good?
During a shopping trip to tesco, a British supermarket, I noticed this really well marbled premium steak and had to buy it to see if it compares to a good quality butcher steak. It's a Cote De Boeuf (ribeye) on the bone, aged 30 days and was cut really thick so I fired up the Kamado Joe Junior BBQ and cooked it reverse sear. I'm a fan of good steak, especially when it's dry aged by a specialist butcher but sometimes, curiosity gets the better of you and you have to try it for yourself.
