UK Supermarket monster beef dino short ribs on Kamado Joe Jr

Whilst shopping in Sainsbury's, curiosity got the better of me again! I spotted these large beef ribs with good fat marbling and after several recommendations on previous videos, I decided I had to try them. Simple salt & pepper seasoning, cooked over Big K lumpwood charcoal on the Kamado joe Junior using oak wood chunks, these cooked much quicker than expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Before all the Karen's go nuts in the comments, I raraly choose supermarket meat over butcher meat but, variety is the spice of life so let's all appreciate what's available to us.
