Separate the broccoli into florets. ② Put water in a large heatproof bowl and heat in a 600-watt microwave for 3 minutes without covering with plastic wrap. 💡First, heat the water. ③ Put on oven mitts and remove the bowl. Add the ground meat, onion, and salmon, and mix while breaking it up with a spoon. ⚠Be careful, it's hot. ④ Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat in a 600-watt microwave for 5 minutes. ⑤ Put on oven mitts and remove the bowl. Add the curry roux, ketchup, and sauce, and mix well with a spoon. ⚠Be careful, it's hot. 💡Mix thoroughly until the roux is dissolved. ⑥ Once the curry roux is dissolved, add the broccoli.
