Fit people This video is all you need for a complete lower body workout. I'll be using the heaviest dumbbells you have. I recommend using as much weight as possible when working out your lower body. It's only 30 minutes, but it's a great workout. It's a great routine for both home and gym workouts. We'll do the warm-up and cool-down in 30-second intervals without rest.
