Episode 03 : • Postpartum Yoga| Mama Love Yoga Series- Ep... Hello to all the mama bears out there ❤️, We have decided to launch a new postpartum series to help new mamas to gently get back into their yoga practice and experience all the benefits of postpartum yoga such as healing, restoration, peacefulness and tension & stress reduction. This series are designed to help new moms safely build up strength in the core and pelvic floor muscles as these muscles weaken during pregnancy and after giving birth. This is the first episode of our ‘Mama Love Yoga’ series and is designed to be a restorative and gentle yoga practice that focuses on releasing tension that accumulates in nursing moms or new moms in general that carry their babies for extended periods of time or lift heavy items (baby car seats and so forth). Please be gentle with yourself, and use whatever variation you need to get into each pose comfortably in order to experience the full benefits of the poses. We highly recommend you get a doctor’s clearance before you engage in any physical activity in order to ensure that your body is ready and safe for physical activity after giving birth.
