This gentle postnatal recovery class is the perfect place to start after you've had a baby. It's important to focus on reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor before moving on to more strenuous exercise. In this class we'll breathe into our body and reconnect with parts of us that have changed a LOT in the last 9 months. As always remember to go gently with yourself.
