Captain Vilfredo Schurmann and I put this 42-year-old giant back in the water, taking advantage of the high tide to sail towards Itajaí. The Aysso is a legendary boat, with two circumnavigations of the world under its belt and an incredible history: its crew even discovered a World War II submarine!
