• Ingredients: Soft milk bread. Milk 480 grams 0:24, Eggs 2 (about 60 grams each) 0:30, Yeast 7 grams 0:43, White granular sugar 90 grams 0:53, Flour(all-purpose flour or high-protein flour) 750 grams 1:08, Powdered milk 30 grams 1:15, Cooking oil 30 grams 1:44, Salt 2 grams 2:04, Butter 30 grams 2:10, Egg yolk one/milk 20 grams(stir them evenly and brush it on bread) 4:25, White sesame a little bit, 5:09, • Baking setting: preheat the oven to upper heat and botttom heat 170 degrees, put it in middle layer of oven and bake it for about 17 mins. If the surface is colored too much at halfway, then slightly cover it with aluminum foil. • This bread is quite big. If the oven is abit small like below 38 liters, we can make the bread smaller. Or we can put the bread in the low layer of oven.
