Ingredients for a 10-inch cake: 8 eggs, 80 grams of sugar, 80 grams of oil, 80 grams of milk, 120 grams of low-protein flour, and some lemon juice. Baking temperature: Baking cakes requires accurate temperature, but the temperature of different ovens varies. Here are some references for you. For a convection oven, bake at 155 degrees for 35 minutes, and the cake can be placed anywhere in it. For ovens of about 80L with top heat and bottom heat, bake the cake at 130 degrees for top heat and bottom heat, and bake it on the lower rack for 50 minutes. For ovens of about 50L, set the top heat and the bottom heat at 120 degrees, and bake it on the lower rack for 50 minutes.
