Shahi Tukray | Khoye Walay Shahi Tukray | Eid Recipe | Easiest Recipe | Food With Saad Raja . . . #eidrecipe #eid #ramadan #ramadanrecipes #dessertrecipes #meetha #shahitukra #shahitukray #cooking #recipe #quickandeasy Ingredients and Recipe: 10 Bread Slices (Cut in half as shown) 2 liters milk 1/2 tsp saffron 1/2 kg khoya 200ml cream 300g condensed milk 1/4-1/2 tsp cardamom powder few drops of kewra Almonds (50g) Pistachios (50g) Dry rose petals In a pan add 2 liters milk and cook until it boils. Now add 1/2 tsp saffron and cook for 10-15 minutes until milk thickens. Now add 1/2 kg khoya and cook until it melts. Now add 200ml cream and 300g condensed milk and 1/4-1/2 tsp cardamom powder. Let it cook for a minute and now add few drops of kewra. Cook for another 2 minutes and milk is ready! In a pan add desi ghee and fry bread slices as shown in the video. Fry until golden brown. Now in a pan lay down all the fried bread slices and pour the milk mixture on it. Now garnish with some almonds, pistachios and dried rose petals. Shahi Tukray are ready to be served!
