Perfect for your next dinner party or weekend indulgence! 👩‍🍳 Chef: Shireen Anwar 📺 Show: Masala Mornings 📅 Air Date: 2 July 2025 🎥 Channel: Masala TV 🍽️ Recipes: FRIED PRAWN BALLS Ingredients Medium Prawns ½ kg chopped into 4-5 piece each Egg 1 Chicken powder ½ tsp Sugar ½ tsp Salt & black pepper ½ tsp each Flour 1 tbsp Corn flour 3 tbsp heaped METHOD Chop the prawns coarsely, add in all the ingredients with water to make into a thick batter, heat oil, make balls and deep fry for 5 mins, remove and keep aside. Refry once again before serving, serve with chili sauce. DRAGON CHICKEN Ingredients Chicken breast 1 cut into julienne marinate with; Salt and black pepper 1 tsp each Chicken powder 1 tsp Corn flour 2 tbsp Flour 2 tbsp Egg 1 Water as required • Mix well, deep fry picking up each chicken julienne.
