Creating beautiful memories in Canada 🇨🇦✨ Love, --Sabeen💕 Crispy on the outside, soft and marshmallowy in the center ✨ This homemade Pavlova is the perfect light dessert for any occasion! I served mine with freshly whipped cream, sweet mangoes, juicy blueberries, and raspberries for a bright and refreshing finish. 🥭🫐❤️ Ingredients• 4 large egg whites (120 g), room temperature• 1 cup (225 g) granulated sugar• 2 tsp cornstarch• 1 tsp white vinegar Method 1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Whip egg whites on low speed until foamy, then increase to medium-high and beat to soft peaks. 3. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar together. Gradually add to the egg whites, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until glossy and stiff. 4. Continue mixing for 2 more minutes. 5. Shape into an 8-inch round on the prepared tray, creating a slight well in the center. 6. Reduce oven temperature to 250°F (125°C) and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. 7. Turn off the oven and leave the Pavlova inside for 3 hours (or overnight) to dry completely. 8. Top with whipped cream, mangoes, blueberries, and raspberries before serving. Best enjoyed the day it’s assembled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. ———-//////———///.//— Pakistani Qeema Cannelloni Bake Ingredients For the qeema filling: 1/2 kg minced meat (qeema), cooked Pakistani-style 1/2 can (approx. 2 cups) tomato purée or crushed tomatoes 1/4 cup ketchup 1–2 tsp soy sauce Chili sauce (to taste) Dry herbs (oregano/Italian mix or mixed herbs) Salt (if needed) For the white sauce: 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 2–2.5 cups milk 2–3 tbsp cream (optional) Salt and black pepper to taste Pinch of nutmeg Garlic powder (to taste) 1 small onion, finely chopped 1/2 capsicum, finely chopped Other: cannelloni tubes Cheese for topping Butter/oil for greasing baking dish Method 1. Prepare qeema filling Cook qeema until browned and fully cooked. Add tomato purée, ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce, and herbs. Simmer until thick and well combined. Adjust consistency with a little water if needed—mixture should be spoonable, not dry. 2. Make white sauce Melt butter in a pan, add flour, and cook for 1–2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk to avoid lumps. Cook until smooth and slightly thickened. Add cream (optional), salt, pepper, nutmeg, and garlic powder. Stir in chopped onion and capsicum. Remove from heat. 3. Assemble Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish. Spread a thin layer of qeema sauce at the bottom. Fill cannelloni tubes with the meat mixture and arrange in a single layer. Pour white sauce evenly over the top. 4. Bake Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and check if pasta is tender. 5.
