Japanese Miso grilled chicken. this is Japanese traditional Saikyo-Yaki chicken recipe. White Miso marinated fish or meat, we Japanese call Saikyo Yaki. Mainly white Miso is used. Miso and fish or meat goes very well eating together rice. almost all Japanese main dishes created to eat with rice. try to eat with rice, you will love it. 【Ingredients】 2portions (2 chicken thighs) 3tbsp white Miso paste 1tbsp Sake or white wine 1/2tbsp Mirin 1tsp Japanese soy sauce 2 chicken thighs 【Method】 Mix white Miso, Sake or white wine, Mirin and soy sauce. clean the ckicken removing excess fat, skin and bone if it not bornless. make the thickness flat and marinate with Miso mix for 1day or 2 day.
