It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (Serves 4) ・150g pancake mix ・80g brown sugar ・100ml milk ・1 egg ・1 tablespoon vegetable oil ・20g raisins ■Directions 1. Combine the brown sugar and milk and microwave at 600W for 1 minute to dissolve the brown sugar. 2. Mix the egg and vegetable oil well, then add the pancake mix and mix from step 1 and mix well. 3. Pour into a mold and top with raisins. 4. Bring water to a boil in a frying pan, place the mold on a steaming tray, cover, and steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.
