Ehh, here we are again with my least favourite game of all time, and no amount of sick music can ever change that opinion for me. I'm gonna try and not roast Super Mario Sunshine for this entire description, but just know how much I had to restrain myself. This was pretty interesting to put together. Like a lot of Mario music, each song tends to be a variation on one main motif, so finding interesting ways to put these songs together was a bit tricky. Everything is Delfino Plaza for the most part; I did find a nice selection of tracks to put together for this, and I'm actually pretty happy with how it turned out, all things considered! Okay, I also have to acknowledge, yes I know I've been selling guitars, but usually I buy new things when I'm depressed and sad, and I've been in a bit of a mental downswing for the last few weeks, mostly on the back of my job I've been working as of writing. I've not been mentally stimulated enough, which has caused a lot of my motivation to dry up, so where I WAS four weeks ahead on videos at the start of May, I am now back to only being two weeks ahead. I think that's about the right level of ahead, though because otherwise I end up falling into funks like this. But yes, back to the guitar, another JP60; I've always wanted a Mystic Dream guitar, and the local shop has had at least two of these in stock since 2020, so I got a nice discount on it. Awesome to have another to pair with my Stealth Black one. I also now own more Music Man guitars than Schecters, and almost as many Sterling by Music Man guitars as Schecters. Crazy shit! Nothing really to report on the production side. Frankly, I wasn't all too enthused to film this one, which is why the video content turned out how it did. I had planned to shoot this outside, but it's summer in Utah, and I don't feel like being out in mid 90 degree heat for a seven minute medley, thank you! And even then, with Deltarune have released last Wednesday, and the subsequent Deltarune month I'm going to have, I just couldn't be arsed to do this video "properly." I had like no energy in this one, so I do apologise, but I hope I made up for it with a good guitar performance! Even so, I hope you enjoy! Next week, new Deltarune shit! I'm not late, you are!
