You guys asked for it! Here is the THIRD installation of our stepper workout series. This class is all about cardio intervals and getting that hear right up. You will need a stepper for this along with a towel or a mat for a softer surface for your hands. There are, as always, modifications for EVERYTHING. If this is your first step class have no fear, we've got you covered. You'll hear a bell and a buzzer at the beginning and end of each segment, along with a clock that will count you down on the screen. Let's get started.
