Before you start making the granola, preheat the oven to 180°C or 360 F 2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the honey with the oil and vanilla paste. 3. Then, in a large bowl, mix the oats with chopped cashews, almonds, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds. Add the warm honey mixture and mix well so that each oat is well coated with the honey mixture. 4. Pour the oat mixture onto a large baking tray, it is best to use large tray and spread evenly in a thin layer. 5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180°C, stirring well every 5 minutes. The goal is for the granola to dry evenly and become crispy. However, if you do not stir the mixture during baking, it might burn and stick together. 6. Once the granola is ready, set aside to cool. Then add the dried fruits, in this case we use cranberries and dates, from which we have previously removed the pits and chopped into small pieces. In this step, products such as dried fruits, chocolate, coconut chips, cinnamon are added, products that would change their state after baking and would become unpleasant to consume, so put them in their raw state.
