Ingredients for 6 roulades: -250g seitan 4 tbsp chickpea flour 4 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 tsp paprika olive oil for frying 200ml water 280ml red wine 2 tbsp olive oil 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce approx. 80g smoked tofu 2 gherkins 1/2 onion 2 tbsp mustard !!!The quantity for the sauce/braising liquid may vary. Please check during the braising process and add more stock if the roulades have absorbed too much.
