Qualité et approche processus - Norme ISO 9001 (2/3)

The process approach is recommended in the ISO series of standards, particularly ISO 9000 and ISO 9001, for quality management systems. Understanding and implementing this process approach is not easy. That's why C2P led a working group to develop a practical and operational guide for all types of organizations to facilitate this process. This guide is published and promoted by AFNOR under reference FD X50 176 and incorporates the changes in the 2015 version of ISO 9001.
