Simple and easy to prepare, this turkey is ready to put in the oven, but Leo shows some techniques to make the meat even tastier. #RecipesWithSadia #Publi Ingredients: Sadia Turkey 200 grams of butter ½ Sicilian lemon 350 grams of baby potatoes 100 grams of carrots 100 grams of parsley stalks 3 onions 1 handful of rosemary Preparation: Remove the bag with the giblets from the Sadia Turkey. Place a generous amount of butter inside the turkey along with the Sicilian lemon. Make a bed with onions, carrots, parsley stalks and herbs of your choice. Place the Sadia turkey on top of the vegetables and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the thermometer rises and indicates that the meat is cooked. In a pan with boiling water, add salt and the baby potatoes. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. In a serving dish, add the potatoes and turn the turkey over until golden brown. Serve while still hot.
