Daily Spinal Mobility Routine | Reduce Stiffness & Move Better
Your spine is designed to move in every direction: forward, backward, sideways and through rotation. Unfortunately, modern life keeps us sitting for long periods, leaving our backs stiff and the muscles around the spine weak or imbalanced. This guided routine is designed to restore healthy movement throughout your entire spine. We'll gently move through every direction your back was designed for, helping improve mobility, reduce stiffness and keep your body moving well. Move slowly, stay within the range your body allows today and never force a movement. Sync every exercise with your breathing, using slow inhales and long exhales to help your muscles relax. A gentle stretch is normal, but stop if you experience sharp or worsening pain. Your spine was made to move. The more consistently you move it, the better it can support you.
