Standards, Boundaries, and Enforcement Explained (Self respect edition)
Hey kids this is a “how to develop standards and boundaries” video. I think a lot of people let others disrespect them because they have no grasp on what their own standards or boundaries are. Wanting someone to be loyal is not a standard. Telling someone to stop disrespecting you is not a boundary. And saying “don’t do that again” means nothing if you can't stand up for yourself when they do it again. So I hope this video gives you a clearer way to understand what you refuse to build a life around, what you’ll do if that behavior continues, and why following through is the part that makes your self-respect real. Feel free to leave a comment because I love to talk! Also sessions are live at https://nor3mak.com for amazing advice :) #boundaries #standards #selfrespect #relationships #selfimprovement Chapters: 00:00 - My take on things 00:40 - Standards 01:42 - Boundaries 04:17 - Enforcement 06:11 - Summary 06:57 - byeeeee
