Honestamente... ¡esperaba más!... REVIEW FUUMUUI WATERCOLOR OPAQUE... colores pastel.
Chinese watercolors have improved tremendously in recent years, but... are they all really worth it? In this video, I test the new Fuumuui Opaque Watercolors, a different approach that aims to position itself between traditional watercolor and gouache. After having tried other products from this brand with very good results, I was quite curious to discover what these new paints had to offer. During the review, we do a complete unboxing, analyze the packaging, create the color chart, and discuss one of the most important aspects that any artist should know before buying paints: transparency, semi-transparency, opacity, and lightfastness. These characteristics not only affect the appearance of an illustration but also its durability over time. In this video, I explain: 🎨 What the difference is between a transparent, semi-transparent, and opaque watercolor. 🎨 What does lightfastness really mean, and why is it so important if you want to sell your illustrations? 🎨 Why these paints aren't exactly traditional watercolors, but they can't be considered gouache either. After testing them, my conclusion is quite clear. The colors are pleasant, the packaging is nice, and they might be interesting for those who enjoy experimenting with new materials. However, I personally consider their quality to be average, and by investing a little more, you can find alternatives with superior performance. As always, this opinion is based solely on my experience using the product, with the goal of helping you invest your money better and choose the material that truly suits your painting style. I hope you find this review helpful. See you in the next video!
