40-Minute Mindful Movement | Yoga for Stress Relief & Body Awareness

Reconnect with your body in this 40-minute mindful yet energising yoga practice. This class is about slowing down, breathing, and bringing your awareness back into the body as you move. We begin close to the ground with breath-led awareness and gentle mobility, then gradually build into a steady, flowing practice. You’ll explore twists, hip opening, standing movement, and optional moments of strength, always with choice and permission to listen to what your body needs. This practice supports stress relief through mindful movement, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation. It’s not about getting the shapes “right”, but moving with curiosity, responding to sensation, and rebuilding trust in your body’s intelligence. Props are welcome and encouraged for support and ease.
