Mako Shark ate my fish! Slow Pitch Jigging 3/4 day on the Sum Fun out of Dana Wharf Sportfishing

Hungry Mako Shark took a bite out of my Vermilion! plans sometimes change on trips and we may have to adjust. Supposed to go to the 14 mile bank but the additional 12 people that jumped on the boat forced Captain Brian to change plans. Still a nice day out on the water. I was looking forward to dropping down to the depths. Ill plan a trip soon before the season ends. Maybe jump on a yellowtail trip too. Special thanks to Captain Brian, Corey, and Austin for working to get us on some fish despite the rough current and change of plans last second. The Marines who came aboard were very nice!
