It has been one year since I started running. At first, I started simply because I wanted to lose weight. However, looking back now that a year has passed, what has changed more significantly than my body is my mindset and attitude toward life. ✔ The more you do it, the better you get ✔ A sense of accomplishment always follows the pain ✔ Your lower body and core naturally become stronger ✔ Your stamina improves, and your daily energy changes ✔ You gain well-founded confidence ✔ You lose weight and your self-esteem rises ✔ You learn how to win the battle against yourself I actually lost weight through running, and I continue to run consistently to experience changes in my life. I hope this video serves as a small source of motivation for those who are thinking of starting to run, those who want to start again, and those who are feeling lethargic these days.
