Pittule salentine - ricetta tradizionale pugliese
Le pittule sono palline di pasta lievitata e fritta davvero gustose. In passato si usava prepararle la vigilia dell'immacolata, ma oggi le possiamo trovare in molti antipasti e buffet. Io vi propongo la versione delle pittule alla pizzaiola, ma possono essere condite con verdure o magari semplicemente fritte senza alcun condimento.
