TEKIWIT WATERFALL, Long Selaan Sarawak | Amazing 100m drop waterfall!! JUH KITA PEGI!!

Must visit waterfall!! Tekiwit Waterfall located at Long Selaan, Ulu Baram Miri Sarawak and one of the largest waterfall in Sarawak. Watch our journey from Miri to Long Selaan:    • LONG SELAAN, Miri Sarawak | Ulu Baram Expl...   It takes about 45 minutes drive by four-wheel drive vehicle (4WD) from Segah Sela'an One-Stop Shop & Homestay to Data Bila, a Penan Village. It is compulsory to have local guide to go to the waterfall. Our guide is provided by the homestay. Upon arrival, we must register our name first before start our trekking to the waterfall. The trail start from the village and continue hike up the old logging trail. We took a detour to avoid beehive and continue on logging trail. Halfway to the waterfall, you will see the rest house. The jungle trail start after the rest house. A big appreciation for the villagers because the trail is well maintained by them. Our hike took us 50 minutes (depends on your fitness) to reach the base of the Tekiwit Waterfall. As soon as we reached the base, we witnessed the stunning curtain waterfall and the majestic 100m waterfall drop! We continued on to get a closer looks the main waterfall. We must be extra careful because the rock is slippery. Be prepare to get wet! We were quickly soaked through and our camera gets wet because of the strong breeze! The amazing feeling of fresh falling mist on the face and a gaze at the pure majesty of Tekiwit Waterfall is a worthwhile way to spend a day. A remarkable 100m drop fall and stands powerfully, it's worth getting closer and be very close to the waterfall. I love this journey! It is by far the best exploration! Make sure you are healthy and familiar with hiking. Wear comfortable trekking shoes, sunblock and bring extra change of clothes/towel. Beware of the leech!
