BARIO, Sarawak | The Kelabit Highlands!! JUH KITA PEGI!!

Perfect getaway! Bario is a beautiful and serene town located in a plateau (1000m above sea level) in the Malaysian Borneo highlands close to Kalimantan, Indonesia. There are two options to go to Bario. First, by domestic flight and it takes about 45 minutes from Miri to Bario Airport. Second is by land, off-road driving. The person must be familiar and experience with the logging road system. It is recommended to stay 3-7 days in Bario to explore more about the place and appreciate its wonders. The internet connection is poor at Bario but it is kind of awesome experience to spend more time appreciating and immerse myself in the beautiful place like Bario.
