"Poulet" au curry végétal

Today I revisit the Curry chicken recipe, ideal for a meal with friends! 100% vegan! Serve 6: -200g of TVP chunks (textured soy protein) or ready to cook chicken alternative from a vegan or health stores) Rehydrate textured Soy Protein for 15 minutes in a hot vegetable broth with Indian spices Then in a large skillet fry for 2 minutes 3 minced shallots, a little ginger and 3 tbsp of curry paste (red) with coconut oil or olive oil. Add the minced "chicken' and fry over high heat for 10-15 minutes, adding your favourite spices. Add 50cl of coconut milk and stir gently. And it's reeeaaady! Chop some seasonal vegetables (cook them with a little of the rehydration broth with spices) Serve with white rice, peas, cashews, herbs, raw vegetables, lemon... And enjoy your meal !
