It's great for a sandwich, to eat hot or cold. You can prepare it in advance and reheat it or serve it as is. And leave it in the refrigerator for about 2 days to enhance the flavor, it becomes even tastier! Recipe below: Escabeche de posta (Lagarto) (Beef Round) • 2 kg of beef round or white beef round o For cooking the meat: o 350 ml of dry white wine o ½ onion o 4 cloves of garlic o 1 chili pepper o Sprigs of thyme o Sprigs of rosemary o Bay leaves, if desired o 150 ml of apple cider vinegar o 50 ml of Worcestershire sauce o 500 ml of water • For the escabeche: o 60 ml of olive oil o 3 cloves of garlic o 1 yellow bell pepper o 1 red bell pepper o 1 ½ onions o 120 g of pitted green olives o 2 seedless tomatoes o 250 ml of olive oil to finish o Parsley to taste For partnerships, contact: [email protected] Did you like it?
