Exercise routine to begin putting weight on the foot once the bone callus has formed after a tibia and fibula fracture. Simple and practical, using a chair or a large ball. I recommend the ball, as it's a very versatile tool for all kinds of exercises, now and forever. This progressive weight-bearing can usually begin around 45 days after the fracture if everything is going well.
