How did my first Dinky Car Resto go?

Before I start, the reason I started this video was an inspiration from a now sadly passed away chap who specilised in Dinky and Matchbox toy car restorations. Martin, you will be missed, and I watch your video's with great fondness, thank you........ Where do i start, well if you watch my video's you will mainly see me building, RC cars, new ones, vintage ones, electric, nitro, and hopping them up with additional up graded parts. You may also notice when it comes to painting, this shall we say isn't my strong point. There are a number of reasons, which if you would like a talking head video, or.......shall I even go there, a video "live". let me know in the comments section. Inspired by Martin and for my own set goals of improving the painting side of the RC Hobby, I thought it would be fun to scale down even more and restore a vintage Dinky Model Car. This is a 1960s Mk1 Ford Zephyr. This also as expected did not go to plan, a number of mistakes were made, and one in particular I totally over looked and really should know better. Let me know what you think, and would you like a general talking head video or a video LIVE. Thank you for watching, and thank you Martin Bye for now Martins Channel (Dinky Restorations) UCPU_lxSrvYY6uSJTutKvw5Q My eBay Experiment Social Links are below if you wanted to take a look around   / rcgadgetsandtoys     / rcgadgetsandtoys   #RC #NITRO #VINTAGE #REBUILDING
