Recipe for: Pork ears with garlic and soy sauce NECESSARY PRODUCTS: pig ears - 1.5 kg. lemon - 1 pc. soy sauce - 100 ml. garlic - 5-6 cloves oil salt pepper METHOD OF PREPARATION: Wash and clean the ears well. Put the ears in a pot and add water (the water should cover the ears), season with a little salt. Boil the ears for 2 hours at a moderate temperature (after the water boils). Remove the cooked ears from the pot and let them cool. While the ears are cooling, prepare the marinade. In a bowl, pour the soy sauce, the juice of one lemon, the garlic (chopped finely), a little black pepper and stir with a wire whisk to mix everything well. Cut the ears into strips about 1 cm thick. Bake the ears on a well-heated and greased grill (barbecue, plate or grill), brushing the ears with the prepared marinade during baking. Remove the finished roasted ears to a pot with a lid to steam. If you wish, you can add more of the marinade to the finished ears and mix them while they are still warm. Serve the ears with lemon wedges and a cold beer.
