Recipe for: Pork and Potato Stew NECESSARY PRODUCTS: Pork shoulder - 1.2 kg. (cut into cubes). Potatoes - 1.2 kg. (cut into cubes). Onion- 2 heads (finely chopped). Carrots - 3 pcs. (finely chopped). Tomatoes - 350 g (canned). Salt. Pepper. Paprika. Savory Oil. METHOD OF PREPARATION: In a heated preheated pan, pour a little fat and seal the meat for a few minutes until golden. Add finely chopped onions and carrots to the fried meat. Continue to fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions and carrots are soft. Add red pepper to the pot and stir to release aroma. Add the canned tomatoes and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add about 1 liter of water. Stir and put the lid on the pot. Wait for it to boil and leave for 30 minutes. 30 minutes later. Add the coarsely chopped potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and savory. Stir and let the dish simmer until the potatoes are cooked.
