And if you like the channel, be sure to subscribe to receive new recipes AND KEEP UP TO DATE WITH LIVE CLASSES: http://goo.gl/EOSUCr INGREDIENTS Dough Dry yeast 5g or fresh yeast 25g Salt 5g Water 130ml Milk 100ml Sugar 60g Vanilla essence 1 tsp Melted butter 60g Oat flour 500g Egg 1 tsp Filling Butter 90g Brown/black/white sugar 150g Cinnamon (optional) to taste Covering Icing Cream cheese 100g Soft butter 10g Flavor Powdered milk 60 g Water or milk 1 tbsp Vanilla essence to taste Process: Dough: 1- Heat the milk and water until lukewarm, then dissolve the fresh or dry yeast, add 2 tbsp of sugar and 3 tbsp of flour, mix, and let it sit for 5 minutes. 2- Make a circle with the flour, then add the salt and sugar. In the center of the circle, add the egg and melted butter from step 1. Slowly begin to combine until you have a sticky dough. 3- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it double in volume. 4- Roll out into a rectangle, spread with the butter (listed in the filling ingredients), and then sprinkle with sugar mixed with the cinnamon. Begin rolling into a cylinder. Then, portion into rolls of the same size and arrange them on a previously greased baking sheet or mold. Cover and let it double in volume, brush with butter or egg, and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. For the glaze, combine the ingredients in order and cover the warm cinnamon rolls. Done!!!!!!
