Recipe for Lemonade from Elderberry Umbels Ingredients: 15 elderberry umbels, 2 lemons (juice from 1 lemon, slice the other), 100g honey or sugar; 1 tablespoon homemade vinegar, e.g., apple cider; 3 liters water Instructions: Start by mixing the honey or sugar in a glass of water. Place the cleaned umbels in a jar, followed by the lemons and juice, pour in the honey and vinegar, and top with water. Mix well and cover the jar with a cloth and seal with a rubber band. Stir the lemonade once a day, and after about three days, when it starts to bubble slightly, it's ready.
